Refund policy

At Dermaetica, we stand behind the quality of our science-led formulations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Return

• Unopened & Unused: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

• Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to our warehouse.

How to Initiate a Return?

Before sending any products back, please notify our team by sending an email to dermaetica.pk@gmail.com or dropping us a message at +92 314 6171313 with your order number and reason for return.

Processing Your Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned products at our facility, your refund will be processed. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
